Music can be so healing. Since I was young, music and song writing have helped me express emotions, process challenging situations and better my understanding of myself and life.
This is a series of original songs I've written over the years, including during the COVID pandemic. Many of these songs were inspired by themes of mental health.
I now consider myself to be "healed" from the experiences that these songs were inspired by, and I share them now in hopes of reaching others who resonate with the words, experiences or emotions.
I believe vulnerability is a strength, and that being honest about our struggles can help us all feel a little bit less alone in our loneliness, and embrace all the beautiful and messy parts that make us human.
