Nutrition Counselling

One-on-one nutrition counselling sessions are focused on your unique holistic health and nutrition needs.

This means we consider how many aspects of life can impact your health, such as your:

  • Physical health: your eating routine and habits, sleep schedule, exercise, medical conditions, medications and supplement use

  • Mental health: how food impacts your mood, stress levels and anxiety

  • Emotional health: your relationship to food including comfort or emotional eating, overeating or restricting foods

  • Other factors: your overall routine and food habits, time constraints, living and cooking spaces

Together we will identify which of these factors are important for you, and work to integrate holistic wellness into your daily life without harmful "diet culture" ideas.


You'll be provided with tools, knowledge and support to guide you towards making longterm and sustainable changes that fit with your schedule, health needs, and lifestyle.

Please note that you do not need a diagnosis of any of these conditions or a doctor's referral for us to work together.

Nutrition Services


50 Minute Initial Appointment ($150)

During your initial appointment, we will collect information about your medical history, current health status, and nutrition intake.

We will cover the basics of nutrition and work together to create focuses that align with your health goals.

This is a standard initial appointment for all new nutrition clients.


40 Minute Follow up Session ($120)

During follow-up appointments, we will review the focuses set from the last session and check in with your current health.


We will use this information to make any changes to your focuses and ensure you have the knowledge and resources you need to make these changes.


3-Day Meal Plan ($120)

7-Day Meal Plan ($150)

14-Day Meal Plan ($200)

Meal plans are created for your schedule and include recipes and portioning for your nutrition and lifestyle needs.

Meal plans include a 15-minute consultation to review the plan and make any changes to ensure it aligns with your needs.


Meal Plans are only available to those who have had their initial appointments.


50 Minute Combination Appointment ($160)

Combination sessions for both nutrition & psychotherapy allow us to explore physical and emotional aspects of your health in a greater depth.
