One-on-one psychotherapy sessions are focused on your unique mental, physical and emotional health needs.

Our work together builds upon a genuine connection with one another to help you feel seen and heard. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for us to explore your emotions, experiences, challenges and desires.


You will be provided with support and tools for navigating your inner and outer worlds. Together, we will work to empower you to feel more grounded and at peace through your life's journey. 

My approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs and I draw upon a range of modalities, including Person-Centred, Strength-Based, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) and Solutions Focused Therapies.

50 Minute Psychotherapy Session ($150+HST)

Psychotherapy sessions provide you with a safe space to explore areas of your mental and emotional wellbeing. 

As an RP Qualifying, my practice is supervised by a Registered Psychotherapist to ensure our work provides you with the best support possible throughout your unique journey.


50 Minute Combination Appointment ($160+HST)

Combination sessions for both nutrition & psychotherapy allow us to explore physical and emotional aspects of your health in a greater depth.
