A little about me...

Rebecca Minshall

Hello, I'm Rebecca!

I am a virtual Registered Dietitian & Psychotherapist based out of Toronto, Ontario. Most of my work is with those struggling with disordered eating and the harmful aspects of diet culture, self-esteem, body image and mental health challenges.

 

My nutrition & psychotherapy backgrounds provide me with a deeper understanding of the connections between our mental and physical health.

I love the work that I do as I find it extremely fulfilling to guide my clients through their journeys in healing their relationships with food, their bodies, and mental and emotional health.

Building a healthy relationship with food isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. As a Registered Dietitian, I can help you find the balance you’ve been longing for while considering all your health needs. 

Being supported by someone we trust can help us feel much less alone while we navigate our experiences and healing journeys.
